Green Factory
Dongpeng Hukou Base is a "local sustainable factory" built by Dongpeng New Materials with the concept of 3R: covering an area of 600 mu, planning 15 ecological stone production lines, with an estimated annual capacity of 15 million square meters. The base has the top research and development, production and processing capacity of artificial stone in China, and the production process is no-firing, low energy consumption, low emissions and no pollution. It is a pioneer green urban factory integrating the advantages of recycling system, energy saving and emission reduction.
Production advantage
In terms of energy saving, without sintering, the production of 1 billion square meters of ecological stone compared to the production of 1 billion square meters of sintered building materials can save energy consumption of about 5 million tons of standard coal. In terms of emissions reduction, if the full capacity of production, can reduce 12.45 million tons of CO? (carbon dioxide), 350,000 tons of SO? (sulfur dioxide) and 150,000 tons of NOx (nitrogen oxides). In the field of recycling, the recycling of their own production of waste, production tail, can be recycled 12 million tons of urban construction waste per year.
